How do we alchemize our pain so it can be medicine for ourselves and others?
What does it mean to be in service to the collective when the world is falling apart?

fall learning circle: hidden gifts

OCTOBER 15 - NOVEMBER 19, 2019

join a circle of kindred spirits for shared practices,
gentle nature walks and the quiet wisdom of autumn

SIX SESSIONS OCTOBER 15 - NOVEMBER 19 $127/275/397.

Each season offers us a classroom, where Nature shows us what it means to allow for deep change and genuine transformation. In fall, we learn about the necessity of compost and decay to feed the cycle of life and the importance of gathering our resources for the long nights of winter.

Join Jen Lemen and friends for a six week look at how the reflective nature of the fall season can be a catalyst for understanding exactly what will get us through hard times and how we can each use our unique gifts not only to help ourselves but to be a resource to the community.

sIX live learning sessions via zoom

During our time together, Jen will share a series of maps to help us uncover the hidden gifts that get forgotten when we are subsumed by the system. You’ll learn how we get lost, how to retrace our steps and how togetherness, being in nature and learning how to both honor and grieve what the system has done to us can be a path through to meaningful contribution. In these 90 minute sessions, you’ll have a chance to ask questions + hear from others in a Q&A. You’ll also receive journal prompts + things to muse on for the following upcoming week.

Session times will be held on Tuesdays or Wednesdays and will be decided by the group via survey. Recordings available for all.

SIX PROMPTS FOR LISTENING DEEPLY TO NATURE

With six simple invitations to get outside—whether you have 3 minutes or three hours—I’ll teach you how to start listening to nature for clues on how you can uncover your deepest wisdom for the sake of your deepest calm and our collective liberation.

Together we’ll listen to the season of fall with a simple Nature practice that can help you discern next steps and shed beliefs that keep you from connecting to your strength and giftedness.

Each prompt comes with an audio recording to accompany you on your walk and instructions for this nature practice.

SIX WAYS TO mirror unconditional positive regard

Each participant will be paired with another human to practice an easy story-listening method that fosters empathy, curiosity and connection.

We’ll listen to each other’s nature stories on the timer, say metta for one another and offer a simple, doable kind of togetherness that has ease and flow.

Each pair will meet virtually outside the learning circle twice over the course for a guided check in. (I’ll show you how!)

Our world is rapidly unraveling. What if it were possible to face the future with a kind of grounding that constantly reminds us we are not alone, that we have a unique role to play in the drama of human evolution and that our quest for calm is not only wise, it is embedded with layers and layers of down deep knowing that will not only transform us but make us devoted companions to each other and to our incredible suffering planet?

No human will be turned away for any reason. All genders, races, ethnicities, backgrounds welcome. All Path of Devotion offerings are made available at tiered pricing so that we can each contribute according to our capacity at any given moment. All proceeds directly benefit my pro bono work, my family and my soul. Thank you, beloveds, for supporting me in this work.
