Our work is to dismantle systems of oppression through the rigor of personal inquiry and collective action.

Path of Devotion at Work is designed as a gentle introduction to the difficult work of figuring out what’s you, what’s the system and what’s the system IN you and what you operating free outside of the system might begin to look like.

I offer a series of maps that give you the distance you need as a starting place to do this intimate work without feeling threatened or wrong, even though learning in this way revolutionizes who we are and how we move in the world. This work also offers a sound introduction or leaders who want to move in greater integrity.

If you’re a successful executive looking for a way into meaningful work, an internet entrepreneur ready to push the edges and take your crew with you or an org ready to shake things up, let’s talk.

Individual Work

We’ll work intensely side by side to map your own relationship to capitalism, what class status is and how it works, how we got here, your opportunities to be the “kink” in the system and how you might begin to reframe your work and your role. This work is framed in three ninety minute ZOOM sessions.

Session #1: Assess your current opportunity to shift through the lens of systems + structures, not just language and behavior.

Session #2: Identify your pivot points and unique spaces to lead differently. Create an actionable experiment with a plan to implement.

Session #3: Review learning from the experiment and determine correct next steps. Identify language and communication strategy to bring along peers + allies in a new way of working.

Group Learning

In this working group, we’ll gather in 3 ZOOM sessions to examine how we can tap into our intuition as a primary source of information for next steps in un-mapping from best practices of capitalism. During each call, I’ll teach a short lesson on how we get disconnected and how to root in a more reliable security system. .

Session #1. Learn about extraction and exploitation as best practices for capitalism and how these show up in our work.

Session #2: Learn how your body can be a guide in knowing what’s correct for your work and how your family history might be shaping your approach to income generation.

Session #3: Learn how to work with Nature to discover loopholes and short cuts to your best work by bypassing the logic of oppressive systems to access your wisest guidance.

we will be convening a special group session for folks ready to bring their work forward for the sake our communities.
