Content includes: a daily post, daily stories, highlights to go deep on core concepts and storytelling on Instagram LIVE. The purpose of this experience is to offer you an introduction to an internal security system mapped on regulation, body, land and togetherness. We learn by doing and we understand by doing new things together.

In my dreamworld, 500 of us decide to dive in and we learn the basics of this path together so you can begin weaving them into your own life in your own way for your own liberation and the peace + groundedness of everyone who you love.

what will we cover exactly?

Each day I’ll introduce a concept and a practice that you can try as your own path of devotion. Practices are simple, easy-to-do and transformative when strung together day after day. We focus specifically on metta meditation, the 3Rs, noticing the body, seeing nature as a teacher and the power of doing these kinds of things together.

The Three R’s: Rhythms, Routines and Rituals

When we follow rhythms, routines and rituals (the 3Rs) we can get in sync with our natural ways of being in the world and make space for new thoughts and nurturing ideas. We also discover ways of pushing back on addictive behaviors or being swallowed whole by old traumas and persistent hurts. The 3Rs also offer a kind of dance where we can make moves together. They are the secret sauce to both your stability and your ability to push back on systems that are compressing you.

Learning happens in the body.

When we honor our bodies, however they are, we gain access to a portal of knowing that goes beyond what we can learn in books or from ‘experts’. We become able to connect in ways that are honest and true. When we validate the experiences we have in human bodies as legitimate reference points for intersecting with the world (not just improving our individual selves) we start to see where oppressive systems have us hooked and also where we can get free. You can dislike how your body looks and do this step. No body self-love required, just acknowledgment that our bodies are powerful messengers. However your body is or isn’t cannot keep you from the wisdom that is innately yours.

Nature can teach us fast and dirty what it means to be human.

When we get outside in nature, we expose ourselves to a system of being and becoming that can help us break free from the ways capitalism and self-help turns us into machines and products of wellness. We can get on the ground guidance and instruction on how to be human again and how to make space for the kind of feeling that drives us toward empathy in action. Nature gives us a working explanation on how to work with the seasons of life instead of treating ourselves like industries or machines to maintain. I’ll invite you to get out there and see what it feels like by relating to the outdoor world in an in-your-heart kinda way.

Togetherness is a great teacher.

We were never meant to learn these things alone. The amount of material we have to cover is too vast and too wide, in order to be complete as individual human beings. BUT learning together opens up a well of creativity, stability, security and innovation. When we learn together, we create shared experiences, and where we have shared experiences we sow the seeds of communal concern and care. We increase our empathy and build our muscle to act instead of merely internalize and reflect. That’s why you can only get so far on your own. We can’t see ourselves well without the mirror of the other.
